2017년 부산에서 개최된 제5회 부산국제코미디페스티벌(BICF)의 인트로 및 아웃트로 영상으로, 광안리 앞바다를 배경으로 페스티벌의 아이덴티티를 유쾌하게 전달하는 데 목적을 둔 프로젝트.

캐릭터 ‘버디’와 갈매기 ‘퍼니’를 중심으로 슬랩스틱 코미디 연출을 구성하여, BICF 로고의 등장을 재미있고 직관적으로 표현했으며, 축제의 경쾌한 분위기와 브랜드 이미지를 강조했다.
